Abstract
The invention relates to a method for treating schizophrenia and/or related diseases comprising administering lurasidone and a mGluR2 ligand to a mammal in need thereof.

A method for treating schizophrenia and/or bipolar disorder which comprises administering a therapeutically effective amount of lurasidone or a pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salt thereof, and a therapeutically effective amount of a mGluR2 ligand to a mammal in need thereof.
A pharmaceutical product for treating schizophrenia and/or bipolar disorder which comprises a therapeutically effective amount of lurasidone or a pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salt thereof, and a therapeutically effective amount of a mGluR2 ligand.
A method for improving cognitive impairment associated with schizophrenia which comprises administering a therapeutically effective amount of lurasidone or a pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salt thereof, and a therapeutically effective amount of a mGluR2 ligand to a mammal in need thereof.
