- wherein:
- R1 is hydrogen, hydroxyl, lower alkyl, methoxy, or F;
- R2 is hydrogen, hydroxyl, lower alkyl, or F;
- and
- R3 is hydrogen or a halogen.
A pharmaceutical composition comprising:
- a compound, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein the compound has a structure according to Formula I
- wherein:
- R1 is hydrogen, hydroxyl, lower alkyl, methoxy, or F;
- R2 is hydrogen, hydroxyl, lower alkyl, or F;
- and
- R3 is F, Cl, or hydrogen;
- and
- a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
A method of modulating calcium or phosphate metabolism in a subject animal or human, the method comprising administering to the subject animal or human an effective amount of a compound, or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein the compound has a structure according to Formula I:
- wherein:
- R1 is hydrogen, hydroxyl, lower alkyl, methoxy, or F;
