A compound of general formula I

• wherein
• R1 is selected from substituted or unsubstituted C1-C18 alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted C2-C18 alkenyl, substituted or unsubstituted C2-C18 alkynyl, substituted or unsubstituted aryl, and substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclic group;
• R2 is selected from hydrogen, —CH2CONHR16, and —CH(OR17)CONHR18;
• R3 is selected from —CH2CH2CONHR19 and —CH(OR20)CH3;
• each R4, R5, R8, R17, and R20 is independently selected from hydrogen, CORa, COORa, CONRaRb, SO2Ra, SO3Ra, substituted or unsubstituted C1-C12 alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted C2-C12 alkenyl, and substituted or unsubstituted C2-C12 alkynyl;
• each R6, R14, R16, R18, and R19 is independently selected from hydrogen, CORa, COORa, CONRaRb, substituted or unsubstituted C1-C12 alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted C2-C12 alkenyl, and substituted or unsubstituted C2-C12 alkynyl;
• each R7, R11, and R13 is independently selected from substituted or unsubstituted C1-C12 alkyl;
• each R9 and R10 is independently selected from hydrogen, CORa, COORa, CONRaRb, C(═NRa)NRaRb, substituted or unsubstituted C1-C12 alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted C2-C12 alkenyl, and substituted or unsubstituted C2-C12 alkynyl;
• each R12 and R15 is independently selected from ORc, NRaRb, CORa, NRaCONRaRb, NRaC(═NRa)NRaRb, halogen, substituted or unsubstituted C1-C12 alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted C2-C12 alkenyl, substituted or unsubstituted C2-C12 alkynyl, substituted or unsubstituted aryl, and substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclic group;
• n is 3 or 4;
• Rc is selected from hydrogen, CORa, COORa, CONRaRb, SO2Ra, SO3Ra, substituted or unsubstituted C1-C12 alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted C2-C12 alkenyl, and substituted or unsubstituted C2-C12 alkynyl;
• and
• each Ra and Rb is independently selected from hydrogen, substituted or unsubstituted C1-C12 alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted C2-C12 alkenyl, substituted or unsubstituted C2-C12 alkynyl, substituted or unsubstituted aryl, and substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclic group;
• or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, tautomer, prodrug or stereoisomer thereof.
