A mobile station device in a communication system performing non-contention based random access,

• wherein the mobile station device receives, from a base station device, a dedicated preamble ID which is used for first transmission and retransmission and random access resource information which is used for first transmission and retransmission,
• transmits, using a resource specified by the random access resource information, a preamble generated by using the dedicated preamble ID to the base station device, and
• retransmits, using the resource, the preamble to the base station device in a case of failure in receiving a response to the preamble.

A mobile station device in a communication system performing non-contention based random access,

• wherein the mobile station device receives a dedicated preamble ID and random access resource information from a base station device,
• transmits, using a resource specified by the random access resource information, a preamble generated by using the dedicated preamble ID to the base station device, and
• retransmits, using the resource, the preamble to the base station device if a response to the preamble is monitored for a predetermined period without transmitting the preamble and if the response fails to be received.

A non-contention based random access method for a mobile station device, comprising:

• receiving, from a base station device, a dedicated preamble ID which is used for first transmission and retransmission and random access resource information which is used for first transmission and retransmission,
• transmitting, using a resource specified by the random access resource information, a preamble generated by using the dedicated preamble ID to the base station device, and
• retransmitting, using the resource, the preamble to the base station device in a case of failure in receiving a response to the preamble.
