Abstract
An organic light-emitting component, having a substrate, a first electrode arranged on the substrate, a layer stack that is arranged on the first electrode and that has at least one organic layer and a second electrode arranged on the layer stack. The layer stack is suitable for emitting electromagnetic radiation during operation. The component also has a receiver device, which is suitable for drawing energy from an alternating electromagnetic field and for converting this energy at least partially into electrical energy and for making this energy available to the layer stack.
Claims20
A method for producing an organic light-emitting component, comprising:
- forming a layer stack on a substrate, wherein the layer stack has at least one layer that includes an organic material and that is suitable for generating electromagnetic radiation;
- forming a receiver in electrical communication with the layer stack;
- and
- depositing an encapsulation onto the substrate and over the layer stack and receiver to form the component, wherein the outer surface of the component is free from electrical contact surfaces.
A method for producing an organic light-emitting component, comprising:
- providing a substrate;
- forming a layer stack on the substrate, wherein the layer stack has at least one layer that includes an organic material and that is suitable for generating electromagnetic radiation;
- forming an electrode on the layer stack;
- forming an insulating layer such that it at least partially covers the electrode;
- forming a receiver in electrical communication with the layer stack, the receiver comprising a coil;
- and
- depositing an encapsulation onto the substrate and over the layer stack and receiver to form the component,
- wherein
- the outer surface of the component is free from electrical contact surfaces;
- and
- the layer stack, the electrode, the insulating layer and the receiver are formed such that they are at least partially stacked on top of each other.
A method comprising:
- providing a substrate;
- forming a layer stack on the substrate, wherein the layer stack has at least one layer that includes an organic material suitable for generating electromagnetic radiation;
- arranging an electrical contact on the layer stack;
- covering the electrical contact at least partially by an insulating layer;
- forming a receiver having a coil that electrically connects to the electrical contact;
- and
- depositing an encapsulation onto the substrate and over the layer stack, electrical contact and receiver to form the component, wherein the outer surface of the component is free from electrical contact surfaces.
