A portable temperature controlled container having a body including an internal chamber with an opening into the internal chamber; and a temperature control unit coupled to the body arid displaced to be thermally coupled with a first portion of the internal chamber, the temperature control unit configured to selectively alter the temperature in the internal chamber by releasing a thermally controlled material into the internal chamber.

A portable temperature controlled container comprising:
- a body having an internal chamber with an opening into the internal chamber;

- a temperature control unit coupled to the body arid displaced to be thermally coupled with a First portion of the internal chamber, the temperature control unit configured to selectively alter the temperature in the internal chamber by releasing a thermally controlled material info the internal chamber.
