• installing fiber ropes of 2-3 cm diameters along a horizontal direction of the sloped surface to prolong retention of moisture in the vegetation base soil;
• and
• watering the sloped surface until saturation of moisture.

• The method of claim 10, further comprising the steps of:
• applying onto the mesh vegetation base soil mixed with a microbes activator and an adhesive material;
• a root growth activator;
• and clean water.
