A device for analyzing microporosities of a given material, the pores of which are smaller than 100 μm, including at least two phases, one of which is a fluid phase, the device comprising:
- multiple sensors incorporated in the given material,
- wherein the sensors each include one or more cMUT acoustic and capacitive transducers including one or more sensitive zones, configured to vibrate, to emit and/or receive acoustic waves, of critical dimension, or smaller dimension, of the sensitive zones excluding their thickness, of between 1 nm and 100 μm.
