Abstract
A system of aligning a panel comprising a base shoe having two side walls and a concave base surface and a mounting pad having a substantially flat bottom surface and a convex top surface corresponding to the concave base surface of the base shoe. When the mounting pad is disposed beneath the concave base surface of the base shoe the system achieves vertical plumb. Each side wall of the base shoe may define at least one groove therein.
Claims20
A panel alignment system comprising:
- a base shoe defining a channel, the base shoe having two side walls and a base surface defining a base surface profile, each side wall defining at least one recess therein;
- a mounting pad having a bottom surface and a top surface defining a top surface profile corresponding to the base surface profile;
- and
- the mounting pad positioned beneath the base surface wherein the opposing base surface profile and top surface profile align and promote a vertical plumb.
1 more element
A panel alignment system comprising:
- providing a base shoe defining a channel, the base shoe having two side walls and a base surface defining a base surface profile, each side wall defining at least one recess therein;
- positioning a mounting pad beneath the base surface, the mounting pad having a bottom surface and a top surface defining a top surface profile corresponding to the base surface profile;
- and
- wherein the opposing base surface profile and top surface profile align and promote a vertical plumb.
1 more element
A adjustable angle base shoe assembly for glass railing systems comprising:
- a substantially U-shaped extrusion having an inner channel, a curved base and two side walls;
- and
- a curved block adapted to be disposed beneath the curved base of the extrusion.
