Method and system for managing secure code loading in pc-slave devices

A method, comprising:

• in a processing device comprising a slave device, said slave device comprising a secure processor:
• managing by said secure processor, secure loading of execution code and/or data within said slave device, wherein said secure processor causes:
• decryption of said execution code and/or data by said slave device;
• and
• storage of said decrypted execution code and/or data in a restricted portion of a memory that is dedicated for use by said slave device, said restricted portion of said dedicated memory being only accessible by said slave device.

A system, comprising:

• one or more circuits for use in a slave device of a processing device, wherein said one or more circuits comprise a secure processor, said secure processor being operable to manage secure loading of execution code and/or data within said slave device, wherein said secure processor causes:
• decryption of said execution code and/or data by said slave device;
• and
• storage of said decrypted execution code and/or data in a restricted portion of a memory that is dedicated for use by said slave device, said restricted portion of said dedicated memory being only accessible by said slave device.
