Abstract
An antiemetic patch is provided. The antiemetic patch includes a backing layer, a release liner, and a matrix layer disposed between the backing layer and the release liner. The matrix layer includes an antiemetic composition, and the antiemetic composition includes an antiemetic agent ranged, a permeation enhancer and an adhesive.

An antiemetic patch, comprising:
- a backing layer;
- a release liner;
- and
- a matrix layer disposed between the backing layer and the release liner, and including an antiemetic composition having an antiemetic agent ranged from 1% to 15% by weight of the antiemetic composition.
