Abstract
Provided are films made from copolyesters having improved oil repellency as compared to conventional copolyesters. The copolyesters are derived from certain perfluorinated monomers.

A film formed from a copolyester comprising a perfluorinated monomer, wherein the amount of the perfluorinated monomer is from 0 to 100 wt % of the copolyester, wherein the film exhibits a hexane contact angle exceeding 60 degrees, and a water contact angle exceeding 110 degrees.
