Inclusion complexes of pinocembrin with cyclodextrin or its derivatives and their preparation are provided. The inclusion complexes can be used to make drugs.

An inclusion complex, comprising pinocembrin and cyclodextrin or its derivative.
A pharmaceutical composition comprising an effective amount of an inclusion complex of pinocembrin with cyclodextrin or its derivative.
The method according to claim 12, wherein the pharmaceutical composition is administrated to the subject by the route of one of oral administration, intravenous injection, intramuscular injection, peritoneal injection and subcutaneous injection.
A process for preparing an inclusion complex comprising the steps of (1) adding cyclodextrin or its derivative to a solvent to obtain one of a solution and a suspension of the cyclodextrin or its derivative with a weight concentration of 1˜60%;
- and (2) adding pinocembrin to the one of the solution and the suspension and mixing by one of stirring and grinding to obtain the inclusion complex.
A use of an inclusion complex of pinocembrin with cyclodextrin or its derivative for the preparation of a pharmaceutical drug for one of preventing and treating one of a disease and a disorder.
A method for one of preventing and treating one of a disease a disorder in a subject, the method comprising the step of administering a pharmaceutical composition including an effective amount of an inclusion complex of pinocembrin with cyclodextrin or its derivative to the subject in need thereof.
