The invention provides an article comprising at least the following components: A) a substrate formed from a composition comprising at least one ceramic component or at least one natural stone component, B) a polymer layer formed from a composition comprising at least one functionalized olefin-based polymer; and wherein the polymer layer is formed over one surface of the substrate.
