Abstract
Injection stretch blow-molding process for the preparation of polyethylene containers wherein use is made, as the polyethylene material, of an ethylene (co)polymer having density equal to or greater than 0.945 g/cm3 and F/E ratio values equal to or greater than 60.
Claims8
An injection stretch blow-molding process for the preparation of polyethylene containers, comprising the following steps:
- 1) injection molding a polyethylene material into a preform;
- 2) subjecting the said preform to stretch blow-molding;
- wherein the polyethylene material comprises an ethylene (co)polymer having a density of at least 0.945 g/cm3 and F/E ratio values of at least 60.
A preform for stretch blow-molding comprising an ethylene (co)polymer having a density greater than 0.945 g/cm3 and F/E ratio values greater than 60.
An injection stretch blow-molded container comprising an ethylene (co)polymer having a density of at least 0.945 g/cm3 and F/E ratio values of at least 60.
