The present invention is directed toward a method of treating cancer by administering to a patient an inhibitor of Hepatocyte Growth Factor and an inhibitor of the Hedgehog signaling pathway.

A method of treating cancer in a patient by administering to the patient a first agent that is an inhibitor of Hepatocyte Growth Factor (HGF) in combination with a second agent that is an inhibitor of the Hedgehog (HH) cellular signaling pathway.
