The second section being threaded and the second outside diameter being smaller than the first outside diameter.

- a head;
- a first section extending from said head and defining a first outside diameter, said first section being unthreaded;
- and
- a second section co-axially extending from said first section and defining a second outside diameter, said second section being threaded, said second outside diameter being smaller than said first outside diameter.
