Abstract
An airbag configuration is provided for a motor vehicle, having an airbag and a filling device for filling the airbag, the airbag configuration being provided for an installed location in the motor vehicle, in which an airbag reserve is situated in an unfilled storage position above a lower edge of the filling device.

- a filling device configured to fill the airbag;

- an airbag reserve situated in an unfilled storage position above a lower edge of the filling device.
