Abstract
A method of manufacturing an article, the method comprising the steps of molding a melt of thermoplastic material thereby forming said article and cooling the article to a temperature below the glass temperature of said thermoplastic material, characterized in that the method further comprises a post treatment of applying a stress on the article.

A method for flushing a container of molded thermoplastic material, by inserting a fluid therein under pressure, characterized in that said fluid is inserted in the container when the container is subject to stress-relaxation of the thermoplastic material and holding said fluid under pressure in the container for a period corresponding at least part of the period wherein the container is subject to stress-relaxation.
