Media foundation media processor

At least one computer storage media storing computer-executable instructions that, when executed by a computing device, cause the computing device to perform a method comprising repeating an ordered processing of samples of media data, the repeating comprising:

• step a) transferring, by a media processor implemented at least in part by the computing device, a transformed sample of the media data from a transform via a media session to a media sink;
• step b) transferring, by the media processor in response to step a, a sample of the media data from a media source via the media session to the transform;
• and
• step c) retrieving, by the media source in response to step b, another sample of the media data.

A system configured for repeating an ordered processing of samples of media data, the system comprising:

• a computing device;
• a media processor implemented at least in part by a computing device and configured for performing at least a portion of the repeating that comprises:
• step a) transferring, by a media processor implemented at least in part by a computing device, a transformed sample of the media data from a transform via a media session to a media sink;
• step b) transferring, by the media processor in response to step a, a sample of the media data from a media source via the media session to the transform;
• and
• step c) retrieving, by the media source in response to step b, another sample of the media data.
