Abstract
An apparatus and a method for secretly transmitting messages over public channels is described. Data from a first enterprise service bus (ESB) of a first computer system is encoded in a new media file using steganography. The new media file is transmitted to a third party server over a public channel. The new media file is then downloaded and decoded at a second enterprise service bus (ESB) of a second computer system.
Claims20
A computer-implemented method comprising:
- encoding data from a first enterprise service bus (ESB) of a first computer system in a new media file using steganography;
- and
- transmitting the new media file to a third party server over a public channel, the new media file to be downloaded and decoded at a second enterprise service bus (ESB) of a second computer system.
A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, having instructions stored therein, which when executed, cause a computer system to perform a method comprising:
- encoding data from a first enterprise service bus (ESB) of a first computer system in a new media file using steganography;
- and
- transmitting the new media file to a third party server over a public channel, the new media file to be downloaded and decoded at a second enterprise service bus (ESB) of a second computer system.
A computer system comprising:
- a processing device comprising an encoder and decoder module configured to encode data from a first enterprise service bus (ESB) of the computer system in a new media file using steganography;
- a push and pull module coupled to the processing device, the push and pull module configured to transmit the new media file to a third party server over a public channel, the new media file to be downloaded and decoded at a second enterprise service bus (ESB) of a second computer system;
- and
- a storage device coupled to the the encoder and decoder module, the storage device configured to store data to be transmitted from an ESB.
