RF-compositions including surfactants, foam stabilizers, monomers, polymers, urethanes, intermediates, metal complexes, phosphate esters as well as telomerization methods are provided.

A surfactant composition comprising RF(RT)nQs, wherein:
- the RF group comprises at least one
- —CF3 group;
- the RT group comprises
- —CF2CH2CH(CF3)—;
- n is at least one;
- and
- the Qs group is at least one atom of the periodic table of elements, wherein at least a portion of the RF and RT groups are hydrophobic relative to the Qs group, and at least a portion of the Qs group is hydrophilic relative to the RF and RT groups.
