Abstract
The present invention relates to complexes of small-interfering nucleic acids (siNA). Compositions of siNA suited for administration to a patient are described. Methods for delivering the compositions are also described.
Claims50
A complex comprising a chitosan complexed with a siNA, wherein the chitosan is optionally attached, either directly or through one or more atoms, to a water-soluble polymer.
A complex comprising siNA and chitosan, and, optionally, a targeting moiety covalently attached, either directly or through one or more atoms, to the siNA or chitosan, wherein the chitosan is attached, either directly or through one or more atoms, to one or more water-soluble polymers, and further wherein, when the chitosan is attached to one or more water-soluble polymers, the attachment in each case is optionally through a releasable linkage.
