Abstract
A multilayer heat shrink film including a core layer having an alpha-olefin polymer and at least one skin layer having a cyclic olefin copolymer (COC), process for its preparation and uses thereof.
Claims20
A multilayer heat shrink film comprising:
- (a) a core layer comprising an alpha-olefin polymer and less than 5 wt. % of cyclic olefin copolymer (COC) based on the total wt. of polymer in said core layer;
- and
- (b) at least one skin layer comprising a cyclic olefin copolymer (COC).

A method of making a film comprising:
- co-extruding a core layer comprising an alpha-olefin polymer and less than 5 wt. % of cyclic olefin copolymer (COC) based on the total wt. of polymer in said core layer;
- and at least one skin layer comprising a cyclic olefin copolymer (COC).
