A barrier film composite includes a film with an undulating surface; and at least one decoupling layer and at least one barrier layer disposed on the undulating surface of the film.
Claims23
A barrier film composite, comprising:
- a film with an undulating surface;
- and
- at least one decoupling layer and at least one barrier layer disposed on a surface of the film.
A method of manufacturing a barrier film composite, the method comprising steps of:
- providing a film having a undulating surface;
- and
- disposing at least one decoupling layer and at least one barrier layer each having an undulating structure on a surface of the film.
A method of making a display apparatus, the method comprising:
- forming a first substrate comprised of a barrier film composite which comprises at least one decoupling layer and at least one barrier layer disposed on an undulating surface of a film;
- providing a second substrate on which a light-emitting device is disposed;
- and
- coupling the first and second substrates with the first and second substrates being spaced apart from each other.
