Abstract
A system includes a perfusion information determiner (124) that determines perfusion information based on a combination of pre-perfusion scan image data and perfusion scan image data.

A system, comprising:
- a perfusion information determiner that determines perfusion information based on a combination of pre-perfusion scan image data and perfusion scan image data.
A computer readable storage medium containing instructions which, when executed by a computer, cause the computer to perform the steps of:
- determining one or more contrast time-attenuation curves based on one or more of pre-perfusion scan image data and perfusion scan image data;
- deriving perfusion data for tissue not in but affecting perfusion of tissue in the perfusion scan image data based on the one or more contrast time-attenuation curves and an anatomical model of vessels and tissue that connect the scan and the pre-scan;
- determining one or more perfusion parameters based on the one or more contrast time-attenuation curves and the derived perfusion data;
- and
- determining perfusion information based on the one or more perfusion parameters.
