Tailorable flexible sheet of monolithically fabricated array of separable cells each comprising a wholly organic, integrated circuit adapted to perform a specific function

An article comprising:

• a flexible multi-layered sheet of organic polymer material and comprising
• an array of at least one type of cell in side-by-side relation,
• each cell comprising a self-consistent, organic base integrated circuit, replicated in each cell of a same type, and having at least one common conductor layer being shared with other cells of the same type,
• a portion of said array comprising a number of said cells being removable so that cells to remain after cutting are operable.

A method of making an article comprising:

• forming a flexible multi-layered sheet of organic polymer material comprising
• forming an array of at least one type of cells in side-by-side relation,
• forming each cell comprising forming a self-consistent, organic base integrated circuit, replicated in each cell of a same type, to have at least one common conductor layer being shared with other cells of the same type,
• the array being formed to include a number of the cells to be removable therefrom so that cells to remain after cutting are operable.
