Compound for organic thin film transistor and organic thin film transistor using the same

An organic compound represented by the following formula (4):

• wherein X is independently O, S or N—Z;
• R41 to R44 and Z are independently a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, an alkyl group having 2 to 30 carbon atoms, a haloalkyl group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms, an alkoxyl group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms, a haloalkoxyl group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms, an alkylthio group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms, a haloalkylthio group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms, an alkylamino group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms, a dialkylamino group having 2 to 60 carbon atoms (the alkyl groups may be combined with each other to form a ring structure containing the nitrogen atom), an alkylsulfonyl group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms, a haloalkylsulfonyl group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms, an aromatic hydrocarbon group having 6 to 60 carbon atoms, an aromatic heterocyclic group having 3 to 60 carbon atoms, an alkylsilyl group having 3 to 20 carbon atoms, an alkylsilylacetylene group having 5 to 60 carbon atoms or a cyano group, which each may have a substituent, provided that the compound in which all of R41 to R44 are a hydrogen atom is excluded;
• and
• R41 and R43, or R42 and R44 may be bonded to each other to faun a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic hydrocarbon ring having 6 to 60 carbon atoms or a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic heterocyclic ring having 3 to 60 carbon atoms which is fused to the ring to which the groups are bonded.

An organic compound represented by the following formula (5):

• wherein X is independently O, S or N—Z;
• R51 to R54 and Z are independently a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, an alkyl group having 2 to 30 carbon atoms, a haloalkyl group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms, an alkoxyl group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms, a haloalkoxyl group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms, an alkylthio group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms, a haloalkylthio group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms, an alkylamino group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms, a dialkylamino group having 2 to 60 carbon atoms (the alkyl groups may be combined with each other to form a ring structure containing the nitrogen atom), an alkylsulfonyl group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms, a haloalkylsulfonyl group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms, an aromatic hydrocarbon group having 6 to 60 carbon atoms, an aromatic heterocyclic group having 3 to 60 carbon atoms, an alkylsilyl group having 3 to 20 carbon atoms, an alkylsilylacetylene group having 5 to 60 carbon atoms or a cyano group, which each may have a substituent, provided that the compound in which all of R51 to R54 are a hydrogen atom is excluded;
• and
• R51 and R53, or R52 and R54 may be bonded to each other to form a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic hydrocarbon ring having 6 to 60 carbon atoms or a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic heterocyclic ring having 3 to 60 carbon atoms which is fused to the ring to which the groups are bonded.

An organic compound represented by the following formula (6):

• wherein X is independently O, S or N—Z;
• R61 to R64 and Z are independently a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, an alkyl group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms, a haloalkyl group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms, an alkoxyl group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms, a haloalkoxyl group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms, an alkylthio group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms, a haloalkylthio group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms, an alkylamino group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms, a dialkylamino group having 2 to 60 carbon atoms (the alkyl groups may be combined with each other to form a ring structure containing the nitrogen atom), an alkylsulfonyl group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms, a haloalkylsulfonyl group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms, an aromatic hydrocarbon group having 6 to 60 carbon atoms, an aromatic heterocyclic group having 3 to 60 carbon atoms, an alkylsilyl group having 3 to 20 carbon atoms, an alkylsilylacetylene group having 5 to 60 carbon atoms or a cyano group, which each may have a substituent;
• and
• R61 and R63, or R62 and R64 may be bonded to each other to form a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic hydrocarbon ring having 6 to 60 carbon atoms or a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic heterocyclic ring having 3 to 60 carbon atoms which is fused to the ring to which the groups are bonded.

An organic compound represented by the following formula (7):

• wherein X is independently O, S or N—Z;
• R71 to R74 and Z are independently a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, an alkyl group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms, a haloalkyl group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms, an alkoxyl group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms, a haloalkoxyl group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms, an alkylthio group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms, a haloalkylthio group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms, an alkylamino group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms, a dialkylamino group having 2 to 60 carbon atoms (the alkyl groups may be combined with each other to form a ring structure containing the nitrogen atom), an alkylsulfonyl group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms, a haloalkylsulfonyl group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms, an aromatic hydrocarbon group having 6 to 60 carbon atoms, an aromatic heterocyclic group having 3 to 60 carbon atoms, an alkylsilyl group having 3 to 20 carbon atoms, an alkylsilylacetylene group having 5 to 60 carbon atoms or a cyano group, which each may have a substituent;

• R71 and R73, or R72 and R74 may be bonded to each other to form a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic hydrocarbon ring having 6 to 60 carbon atoms or a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic heterocyclic ring having 3 to 60 carbon atoms which is fused to the ring to which the groups are bonded.
