Abstract
Compositions are provided that contain a combination of a nitric oxide-cobalamin complex along with at least one cobalamin drug conjugate, together with methods for their use in the treatment of neoplastic disease.

A pharmaceutical composition comprising an effective amount of a nitric oxide-cobalamin complex, at least one cobalamin drug conjugate, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
A method for treating or ameliorating a neoplastic disease or disorder in a subject comprising administering to said subject a pharmaceutical composition comprising an effective amount of a nitric oxide-cobalamin complex, at least one cobalamin drug conjugate, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
A method for inducing cell death in a neoplastic cell comprising contracting said neoplastic cell with an effective amount of a pharmaceutical composition comprising a nitric oxide-cobalamin complex, at least one cobalamin drug conjugate, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
