Abstract
A hypoxia contrast medium including nitroimidazole-amino acid chelate with a positively charged radioactive nuclide, a preparation method and use thereof. The contrast medium can be used in imaging cerebral thrombosis, tumors or other diseases such as ulceration, thrombosis, and so on.

A hypoxia contrast medium comprising nitroimidazole-amino acid chelate with a positively charged radioactive nuclide.
A compound of Formula 1,
- comprising 1-(2-aminoethyl)-2 methyl-5-nitroimidazole or a derivative thereof connected with an amino acid, wherein R is aspartic acid, glutamic acid, asparagine, glutamine, glycin, serine, lysine, cysteine, cystine, or arginine, all of which are D- or L-amino acid.
