Abstract
An electromagnetically actuated valve with a valve body which is assigned to a valve seat, is mechanically prestressed in a first direction toward a first switching position and can be adjusted by means of a magnetic actuator in a second, opposite direction into a second switching position is disclosed. The valve body has a planar contact surface which can be brought into sealing contact with a surface of the valve seat, which surface is planar at least in sections.
Claims20
An electromagnetically actuated valve, comprising:
- a valve seat;
- a valve body movable in relation to the valve seat between a first position and a second position, the valve body being spring biased toward the first position;
- a magnetic actuator configured to move the valve body from the first position to the second position,
- wherein the valve body includes a first planar contact surface,
- wherein the valve seat includes a second planar contact surface, and
- wherein the first planar contact surface is positioned in contact with the second planar contact surface when the valve body is positioned in one of the first position and the second position.
An electromagnetically actuated valve having a valve body and a valve seat operatively associated therewith, wherein the valve body is mechanically prestressed in a first direction toward a first switching position and is configured to be adjusted by a magnetic actuator in a second, opposite direction into a second switching position, and further wherein the valve body has a planar contact surface configured to be brought into sealing contact with a surface of the valve seat, and further wherein the surface is planar at least in sections.
