Abstract
A system includes a plurality of resources. A network analysis device is configured to identify a shared risk between at least two of the resources. A method includes arranging a plurality of resources in a resource group, identifying, by at least one network analysis device, a shared risk between at least two of the plurality of resources, and assigning a shared risk identifier to each resource having the shared.

A system comprising:
- a plurality of resources;
- and
- a network analysis device configured to identify a shared risk between at least two of said resources.
A method comprising:
- arranging a plurality of resources in a resource group;
- identifying, by at least one network analysis device, a shared risk between at least two of the plurality of resources;
- and
- assigning a shared risk identifier to each resource having the shared risk.
