A method of storing data in computer apparatus, the method comprising:
- marshalling data to provide encoded data;
- compressing the data;
- and
- storing the compressed, encoded data in a cache of the computer apparatus.
A computer program embodied on a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, the computer program comprising computer executable code for causing computer apparatus to operate according to the method of storing data in computer apparatus, the method comprising:
- marshalling data to provide encoded data;
- compressing the data;
- and
- storing the compressed, encoded data in a cache of the computer apparatus.
