Abstract
A machining head of a laser machining tool includes a mechanical connector for connecting the machining head to a component of the laser machining tool, and a light path connector (15) and/or an electrical connector (16) and/or a fluid connector (17). The provided connectors are designed such that connections can be realized via one or more common relative movements between the machining head (10) and the component (5) of the laser machining tool, including a mechanically rigid connection to corresponding connectors on the component of the laser machining tool.
Claims17
A machining head of a laser machining tool, comprising:
- a mechanical connector for connecting the machining head to a component of the laser machining tool, and
- one or more of the following further connectors:
- a light path connector,
- an electrical connector,
- a fluid connector,
- wherein the provided connectors are designed such that a mechanically rigid connection and connections for light and/or fluid and/or electrical conduits to corresponding connectors on the component of the laser machining tool can be realized via one or more common relative movements between the machining head and the component of the laser machining tool.
A method for accommodating a machining head of a laser machining tool, the machining head comprising a mechanical connector for connecting the machining head to a machine connector of the laser machining tool and additionally a light path connector and/or an electrical connector and/or a fluid connector, comprising:
- reaching a storage position of a machining head with the machine connector, and
- carrying out one or more relative movements between the machine connector and the machining head for establishing a mechanical connection and a further connection.
A measuring head of a machine tool, comprising:
- a mechanical connector for connecting the measuring head to a component of the machine tool, and a fluid connector for connecting the measuring head to a fluid source, and
- a fluid outlet (45, 46) that can be pressed onto a workpiece.
A measuring method for measuring an opening produced in a workpiece, comprising:
- effecting a fluid flow through the opening, measuring the fluid flow and/or fluid pressure, and evaluating the measuring results.
