Abstract
Stem cells are proliferated with the application of acoustic pressure waves, including cambium cells of periosteum treated in-vivo with acoustic pressure waves. Following harvesting and viability assessment of in-vivo or in-vitro proliferated stem cells, acoustic pressure waves are applied to enhance in-vivo or in-vitro differentiation either before or after implantation of the stems cells to an organism. Acoustic pressure waves also stimulate an implantation site to enhance viability and to grow desired tissue.

A method comprising applying to target stem cells a sufficient number of acoustic pressure waves to proliferate stems cells, transplanting by at least one of autologous transplant and allogenic transplant proliferated stem cells to a targeted tissue for treatment and applying a sufficient number of acoustic pressure waves to stimulate reconstruction of the targeted tissue.
A method comprising differentiating stem cells by applying a sufficient number of acoustic pressure waves and transplanting by at least one of autologous transplant and allogenic transplant differentiated stem cells to a targeted tissue for treatment and applying a sufficient number of acoustic pressure waves to stimulate reconstruction of the targeted tissue.
A method comprising suspending stem cells under ambient pressure in a pressurized container sufficient to suppress cavitation and applying acoustic pressure waves to the stem cells.
