The present disclosure provides methods of treating traumatic brain injury.

Dependent claims

A method of treating traumatic brain injury, comprising:

(a) identifying a subject who experienced a traumatic brain injuring event, and
(b) administering to a subject, after the traumatic brain injuring event, an oral dosage form an effective amount of wherein the dosage form comprises at least about 35 wt % docosahexaenoate (DHA) of the total fatty acid content, wherein the dosage form has an eicosapentaenoate EPA content of less than about 2 wt % of the total fatty acid content.
