Abstract
Process, use, method and formulation of inclusion of Deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) in food compositions for livestock animals, in particular in aquacultural systems.
Claims30
A process to produce food for animal that includes a DNA vaccine, CHARACTERIZED because it contemplates the following stages:
- a. Synthesis of baits to amplify ADN sequences;
- b. Formation of constructo plasmid pcDNA-VP2 on the basis of the plasmid pcDNA4/HisMaxTOPO that contains the genetic sequence clone of FIG. n° 2.
- c. Transfer of a microorganism with the recombinant plasmid pcDNA-VP2. In this case, the transfer of the bacterial stock E. coli JM-109, constituting the recombinant stock E. coli JM-109 (pcDNA-VP2)
- d. Culture in reactor of the recombinant stock E coli JM-109 (pcDNA-VP2);
- e. Purification of constructo plasmid pcDNA-VP2
- f. Formation of complex plasmid pcDNA-VP2 and liposome DOTAP, denominated Lipoplex
- g. Aspersion/mixture and integration of the Lipoplex complex to the nutritional composition denominated food base, constituting the oral vaccine or formulated vaccine
- h. Packaging of the food that contains the DNA vaccine.
A host cell CHARACTERIZED because it belongs to cellular line CHSE-214 and contains a vector of expression from virus IPN, which comprises plasmid pcDNA4-VP2.
A polypeptide CHARACTERIZED because its sequence comprises the structural protein VP2 and provides immunity against virus IPN.
