Abstract
The present invention provides antibodies that bind human CXCR4 and are characterized as having high affinity and strong neutralizing properties. The antibodies of the invention are useful in the treatment of tumorigenesis, including tumor growth, invasion, angiogenesis, or metastasis.
Claims4
1-14. (canceled)
A human engineered antibody, or a binding fragment thereof, that binds human CXCR4, comprising a light chain and a heavy chain, wherein the light chain comprises a light chain variable region (LCVR) and the heavy chain comprises a heavy chain variable region (HCVR), wherein the LCVR comprises LCDR1 of SEQ ID NO:8, LCDR2 of SEQ ID NO:9, LCDR3 of SEQ ID NO:10 and the HCVR comprises HCDR1 of SEQ ID NO:1, HCDR2 of SEQ ID NO:2, and HCDR3 of SEQ ID NO:3.
An isolated nucleic acid comprising a polynucleotide encoding an antibody, or a binding portion thereof, that binds to human CXCR4, wherein the antibody comprises a heavy chain variable region and a light chain variable region selected from the group consisting of:
- a. a heavy chain variable region of SEQ ID NO:23 and a light chain variable region of SEQ ID NO:28,
- b. a heavy chain variable region of SEQ ID NO:24 and a light chain variable region of SEQ ID NO:28,
- c. a heavy chain variable region of SEQ ID NO:25 and a light chain variable region of SEQ ID NO:28,
- d. a heavy chain variable region of SEQ ID NO:26 and a light chain variable region of SEQ ID NO:28, and
- e. a heavy chain variable region of SEQ ID NO:27 and a light chain variable region of SEQ ID NO:28.
