Abstract
A polyimide-metal laminate comprising a polyimide film and a metal layer for use as an electrode, which is formed on the side (Side B) of the polyimide film which was in contact with a support when producing a self-supporting film in the production of the polyimide film, is used to produce a CIS solar cell.
Claims13
A polyimide-metal laminate for use in the production of a CIS solar cell comprising a chalcopyrite semiconductor layer;
- comprising a polyimide film and a metal layer for use as an electrode, which is formed on or over the polyimide film;
- wherein
- the polyimide film is produced by imidizing a self-supporting film, which is prepared by flow-casting a solution of a polyimide precursor prepared from an aromatic tetracarboxylic acid component and an aromatic diamine component on a support, followed by heating;
- and
- the metal layer for use as an electrode is formed on the side (Side B) of the polyimide film which was in contact with the support when producing the self-supporting film.

A polyimide-metal laminate for use in the production of a CIS solar cell comprising a chalcopyrite semiconductor layer;
- comprising a polyimide film and a metal layer for use as an electrode, which is formed on or over the polyimide film;
- wherein
- a metal layer for use as a protective layer is formed on the opposite side of the polyimide film to the metal layer for use as an electrode;
- and
- the metal layer for use as an electrode is formed before forming the metal layer for use as a protective layer.
