A noise reduction element comprising: a frame having a framework, and a soundproofing element covering the framework. An apparatus comprising: a mount plate, and at least one aperture in the mount plate, wherein the aperture is formed to accommodate a noise reduction element.

An apparatus comprising:
- a mount plate;

- at least one noise reduction element connected to the mount plate, wherein the noise reduction element comprises a soundproofing element.
