Memory Management Methods and Systems

A computer implemented method comprises:

• determining, in response to a notification to reduce memory usage, a portion of a memory based on a usage level of the memory, the portion of the memory being associated with a value;
• and
• deallocating the portion of the memory.

A machine-readable medium having instructions therein, which when executed by a machine, causes the machine to perform a method, the method comprising:

• in response to a notification to reduce memory usage based on a usage level of a memory, determining a mode of operation associated with an allocated memory location of the memory;
• and
• deallocating the memory location based on the mode of operation.

A machine-readable medium having instructions therein, which when executed by a machine, causes the machine to perform a method, the method comprising:

• determining, in response to a notification to reduce memory usage, a portion of a memory based on a usage level of the memory, the portion of the memory being associated with a value;
• and
• deallocating the portion of the memory.

An apparatus comprising:

• means for determining, in response to a notification to reduce memory usage based on a usage level of a memory, a mode of operation associated with an allocated memory location of the memory;
• and
• means for deallocating the memory location based on the mode of operation.

An apparatus comprising:

• means for determining, in response to a notification to reduce memory usage, a portion of a memory based on a usage level of the memory, the portion of the memory being associated with a value;
• and
• means for deallocating the portion of the memory.
