Systems and methods for identifying provider noncustomers as likely acquisition targets

A computerized method for identifying non-customers of a telecom provider that are more likely to become customers of the telecom provider than other non-customers, the method comprising:

• storing, in one or more data structures, a first data set regarding non-customers of the telecom provider and a second data set regarding customers of the telecom provider in a selected group, each data set having one or more data items representing one or more attributes of or call transactions involving each customer or non-customer in the data set, the second data set including one or more additional data items of attributes or call transactions not included in the first data set, the one or more additional data items being based on information available to the telecom provider only about customers of the telecom provider;
• modeling the second data set to identify from the modeled second data one or more properties of telecom provider customer s in the selected group that are statistically likely to identify the customers of the selected telecom provider that have one or more desired properties identified by the telecom provider;
• and
• predicting, based on the modeled second data set, which of the non-customers in the first data set are statistically likely to have the one or more desired properties and thereby be more likely to become customers of the telecom provider.

A method for identifying potential acquisition external customers of a transaction service provider, the method comprising:

• obtaining a first data set comprising transactions between external and internal customers and transactions between internal customers;
• identifying a subset of said internal customers as previously acquired customers;
• and
• measuring statistics on calls between internal and external customers to identify potential acquisition external customers based on said statistics and said previously acquired customers.

A method for modeling telephonic data based on an external data set, the method comprising:

• receiving a plurality of telephonic data logs;
• extracting a plurality of parameters from the data logs;
• retrieving external data based associated with at least one of the parameters extracted from the data logs;
• classifying at least one parameter extracted from a given log entry in the data logs based on the external data;
• and
• generating a model based on the classified parameter.
