Abstract
The invention relates to a double-stranded ribonucleic acid (dsRNA) for inhibiting the expression of the CD45 gene.
Claims20
A double-stranded ribonucleic acid (dsRNA), wherein said dsRNA comprises a sense strand and an antisense strand that are substantially complementary to each other, and wherein the sense strand of the dsRNA comprises a first sequence and the antisense strand of the dsRNA comprises a second sequence comprising a region that is substantially complementary to the corresponding region of an mRNA encoding CD45, wherein said region is less than 30 nucleotides in length, and wherein said dsRNA targets cleavage of a CD45 mRNA in a target sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NOs:97-144.
