Abstract
Disclosed are triazolopyridine compounds of the following Formula (I); or stereoisomers or salts thereof. Also, disclosed are methods of using the compound in the treatment of obesity, dyslipidemia, diabetes and atherosclerosis, and to pharmaceutical compositions comprising at least one compound of Formula (I) or a stereoisomer or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
Claims11
A compound according to Formula (I):
- or stereoisomers or salts thereof, wherein:
- A is alkyl, cycloalkyl, heterocyclyl, aryl, —C(O)R4, —C(O)OR4, or —C(O)NR4R5;
- R1 and R2 are independently hydrogen, alkyl, —(CH2)n-(cycloalkyl), —(CH2)n-(aryl), —(CH2)n-(heterocyclyl), aryl, and/or heterocyclyl, or R1 and R2 together with the carbon atom to which they are attached, form a 3- to 7-membered cycloalkyl or 4- to 7-membered heterocyclyl ring with one or two heteroatoms;
- n is an integer in the range of zero to 4;
- R3 is hydrogen or alkyl;
- R4 is alkyl, cycloalkyl, heterocyclyl, or aryl;
- and
- R5 is hydrogen or alkyl, or R4 and R5 together with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached, form a 4- to 7-membered heterocyclyl ring with one or two heteroatoms;
- wherein:
- each of said alkyl is substituted with 0-3 Ra;
- each of said cycloalkyl is substituted with 0-3 Ra;
- each of said heterocyclyl is substituted with 0-4 Rb;
- and
- each of said aryl is substituted with 0-4 Rb;
- Ra is, independently at each occurrence, F, Cl, Br, —CF3, —OH, —CN, —NRcRd, and/or C1-C3alkoxy;
- Rb is, independently at each occurrence, C1-C4alkyl, F, Cl, Br, —CF3, —OH, —CN, —NRcRd, and/or C1-C3alkoxy;
- and
- Rc and Rd are, independently at each occurrence, H and/or C1-C4alkyl, or Rc and Rd together with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached, form a 4- to 7-membered heterocyclyl ring with one or two heteroatoms.
