Abstract
The present invention relates to a solid dosage form comprising a solid dispersion composition of at least one HIV protease inhibitor and water soluble polymer having a glass transition temperature (Tg) of at least about 50° C. in an amount of less than 50% by weight of the dosage form. It also relates to a process of preparation of such solid dosage forms.

A solid dosage form comprising a solid dispersion composition, which comprises:
- (a) at least one HIV protease inhibitor;
- (b) a water soluble polymer having a glass transition temperature (Tg) of at least about 50° C. in an amount of less than 50% by weight of the solid dosage form;
- (c) a pharmaceutically acceptable surfactant;
- (d) optionally, a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier;
- and
- (e) optionally, one or more pharmaceutically acceptable excipients.
