Provided are amine salts of {4,6-bis(dimethylamino)-2-(4-(4-(trifluoromethyl)benzamido)benzyl)pyrimidin-5-yl}-acetic acid, processes for their preparation, pharmaceutical compositions containing them, and their use for treating, preventing, or ameliorating one or more symptoms of a CRTH2-mediated disorder or disease.

A salt in a crystalline form, comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable amine and {4,6-bis(dimethylamino)-2-(4-(4-(trifluoromethyl)benzamido)benzyl)pyrimidin-5-yl}acetic acid of Formula I:
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable hydrate or solvate thereof.
A salt comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable amine and {4,6-bis(dimethylamino)-2-(4-(4-(trifluoromethyl)benzamido)benzyl)pyrimidin-5-yl}acetic acid of Formula I:
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable hydrate or solvate thereof;
- wherein the pharmaceutically acceptable amine is not ethanolamine, triethylamine, or tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane.
