A method of increasing endogenous testosterone production in a male comprising administering an effective amount of 5α-androstane-3,6,17-trione (Kneller's Trione) to said male.
A formulation comprising 5α-androstane-3,6,17-trione (Kneller's Trione) in an amount effective to increase endogenous testosterone production in a male to whom the formulation is administered.
