Claims21
1-36. (canceled)
A composition comprising a biologically-active compound conjugated to a nanoparticle wherein the nanoparticle comprises a dendrimer-branched polymer or star-branched polymer.
A composition comprising at least one anti-inflammatory compound conjugated to a dendrimer, wherein the composition is encapsulated in a biodegradable particle selected from the group consisting of a PLA nanoparticle and a PGLA microparticle.
A method of treating ocular neuroinflammation in a human in need thereof comprising targeting ocular cell types involved in neuroinflammation by administering a composition comprising a biologically-active compound conjugated to a nanoparticle wherein the nanoparticle comprises a dendrimer-branched polymer or star-branched polymer thereby treating said ocular neuroinflammation
