Abstract
The present disclosure relates to improved methods of treating neoplastic disorders by combining VEGFR2 specific inhibitor treatment with mTOR inhibitors. The present disclosure also relates to methods of preventing the development of VEGFR2 resistance.
Claims13
A method of treating a subject afflicted with a neoplasm, said method comprising administering to the subject a polypeptide comprising a VEGFR2-binding tenth fibronectin III domain (10Fn3) together or in parallel with at least one mTOR inhibitor in amounts that together are effective to treat said neoplasm.
A method of reducing the severity, delaying the onset, or preventing the development of VEGFR2 resistance in a subject afflicted with a neoplasm, said method comprising administering at a polypeptide comprising a VEGFR2-binding tenth fibronectin III domain (10Fn3) together or in parallel with at least one mTOR inhibitor.
