Polymer of formula (I):

• wherein:
• R1 is selected from among hydrogen, a methyl, ethyl, or acetyl group;
• R2 is selected from among linear or branched alkyl groups C1-6;
• R3 and R4 are selected from among, independently from each other, linear or branched alkyl groups C1-3;
• R5 is selected from among linear or branched alkyl or alkenyl groups C1-22, substituted or unsubstituted;
• R6 and R7 are selected from among, independently from each other, linear or branched alkyl or alkenyl groups C4-20, containing within the alkyl or alkenyl chain at least one group selected from among —HN—(CO)—, —NH—, —N+—;
• Y− is selected from among a chloride, bromide, sulphate, or sulfonate;
• n1 has a value comprised between 1 and 1000;
• n2 has a value comprised between 1 and 1000.
